As an overnight conference guest, you have free access to our spa, it is also possible to book a spa treatment, both in advance or drop in depending on availability. We are located one mile west of Ystad, on the south coast. Only 45 minutes from Malmö/Lund and 2 minutes from the magical sandy beach.

ACTIVITIES
Exercise and a good diet is the basis for good health and healthy staff. Here are all the possibilities to combine a long working day in a conference room with a customized training session for your particular group. Yoga or refreshing outdoor sessions.
With house wines or other drinks, we set the table for a delicious drink tasting. Put your taste buds to the test and discover new favorites.
If you prefer a nice walk, you can borrow our sweet hotel dog Vilda who is happy to show you the beach and the sea.
In addition to our own activities, we organize everything from mobile photography, graffiti painting, mountain biking and much, much more. Ask us when booking and we will put together an activity based on your ideas and wishes!

We offer indoor yoga or outdoor circuit sessions. Our instructors adapt the workout to your group.

There is WINE, CHAMPAGNE and DISTILLATE TASTING to enjoy with us. Our sommelier keeps these. Contact us for proposals for plans and prices.

Cheese + Bubbles = Love. And with knowledge = even more love!
End the conference day with a nice mingling with tasting of 3 different cheeses with a glass of bubbly each. Anne presents the cheeses and shares her cheese knowledge plus gives easy tips. Time required approx. 20 min.

ELECTRIC BIKE
Rush forward with the speed of the wind (almost) on our electric bikes and combine movement and afternoon coffee out in the green! We pack fika & coffee for you. The south coast bike trail runs right outside and our surroundings offer many nice picnic spots. 3 km west you come to beautiful Abbekås harbor where our little sister Bongska Huset with both cafe, tavern, bakery & shop is located. Do you want a coffee break here instead? We will fix it!

SHERLOCKED
Do you want to rub your brains together? SHERLOCKED a really nice activity. You are divided into smaller groups and must together solve an exciting mystery with various clues.
You have one hour to solve this and this activity is not particularly physical but requires concentration and cooperation.
SEK 295 ex VAT per person + SEK 500 ex VAT in start up cost. Minimum charge for 16 persons.
YOGA WALKING
Experience the fantastic nature of the south coast in combination with yoga. We walk between Mossbylund - Abbekås harbor along our beautiful coast. In the harbor we roll out our yoga mats for a moment of gentle energizing yoga. Coffee on THE BONG HOUSE before we hike back across Kroppsmarken with open fields and beautiful views to Mossbylund. We stop for exercises along the way. Perfect energizing activity for both large and small groups.

SIP & CREATE
A creative experience out of the ordinary where you paint, socialize and toast. A wonderful activity where creativity flows and the brain relaxes. No experience is needed, an artist guides you through the painting process and you can take your artwork home or to your workplace.

OUR MEETING ROOMS
We have seven conference rooms and 110 comfortable beds for overnight guests. In addition to good premises, rooms with a view and a newly built spa, the restaurant is our most important meeting point. Homemade and love are words that describe our food. We offer several options for both small and large conference parties. All premises are equipped with a whiteboard, flipchart, projector/large screen TV and wireless internet.

THE HALL is our largest meeting room with its 150 square meters. The room impresses with its light and fantastic views. There is plenty of space for different types of furniture and activities. At most there can be 120 people in the Hall, but it is just as suitable for groups of 30.
THE LODGE is a popular and flexible venue with the ability to work from both the long and short sides Here, our returning guests spend many long and creative work sessions. The venue is approximately 100 square meters in size and can accommodate groups of up to 40 people.
The LIBRARY is located on the second floor of Ladan and impresses with high ceilings, its own large terrace and outside the door expect comfortable sofas for group work or coffee break. The library has flexible furniture arrangements for up to 18 people.
THE SHEEP STABLE is a modern room with high ceilings and large south facing windows. With its own terrace and access to eleven hotel rooms in the same building, there are opportunities to both work and live together. The room is set up in boardroom seating for up to 12 people.
THE TROLLEY STABLE offers a cozy and intimate room with a rustic feel and windows overlooking the sea. With a tranquil location, the venue is perfect for both relaxing meditation sessions, lectures, or board meetingsmeetings or board meetings. With its 60 square meters, the Carriage stable accommodates 10-30 people.
THE STABLE is a bright and cozy room for the small group of two to six people. Large windows facing south provide excellent natural light and warmth and should createa creative and calm environment. The Stable is equipped with a large TV that you can connect your computers to if needed.
THE GRANARY is a meeting room with incredible views for you with high flying plans! Suitable for a group of up to 24 people at the top of our Silo. The Granary is ideally suited for maximum privacy (yet close to the restaurant, hotel and spa).
STATE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
Hotel Mossbylund offers a state agreement when required, for booking a conference.
A state framework agreement is an assurance that we, as a hotel and conference facility, actively work to adhere to the rules regarding employment and working conditions, among other things, and of course, we are collectively bargaining affiliated.
We also have active efforts against discrimination, which means that we ensure that everyone who works and visits us has equal rights and opportunities. Furthermore, our beautiful swan is present in the house, and environmentally certified cleaning products and organic ingredients are dear to us.
What does this mean for you as a meeting booker? Well, it means that you can feel confident booking your next conference or meeting with us, knowing that we take care of your guests, our staff, and our facilities in the best possible way.

Our environmental efforts have taken another step thanks to the new bus stop at Mossbylund. Nowadays you take a bus from Ystad or Trelleborg with line 190. The nearest connecting train is in Svarte for further travel to and from the rest of Skåne!
